Greenport bungalow

As we begin a new project we have found it beneficial to photograph existing conditions to try and convey the type of transformation possible when dealing with professional Designers and Architects.

Carefull measurements are taken noting trim details, and dimensions, especially in tight spaces where every inch counts and storage is limited

A breakfast room with a built in storage banquete will  take the place of a small table in an isolated room.  Thoughs of removing the partition wall and letting in the natural light form the large existing windows has been bumped up on the list of "must haves" during this renovation.

Limited storage is available in a house with few closets.  This open shelf pantry will be repurposed to create a main floor laundry space.  the removal of this valued storage must be compensated for in a creative kitchen plan.

Conceptual plans have been presented to the client for their renovation.  With many weeks of work ahead perspective drawings will enable our clients to know what it will feel like to be in the middle of their kitchen in a way that two dimensional plans can only imagine.
