As we begin a new project we have found it beneficial to photograph existing conditions to try and convey the type of transformation possible when dealing with professional Designers and Architects.

Careful measurements are taken noting trim details, and dimensions, especially in tight spaces where every inch counts and storage is limited

A breakfast room with a built in storage banquette will  take the place of a small table in an isolated room.  Thoughts of removing the partition wall and letting in the natural light form the large existing windows has been bumped up on the list of "must haves" during this renovation.

Limited storage is available in a house with few closets.  This open shelf pantry will be re purposed to create a main floor laundry space.  the removal of this valued storage must be compensated for in a creative kitchen plan.

Conceptual plans have been presented to the client for their renovation.  With many weeks of work ahead perspective drawings will enable our clients to know what it will feel like to be in the middle of their kitchen in a way that two dimensional plans can only imagine.

Following a detailed installation process our clients have moved into their remodeled home and couldn't be happier

Custom banquette storage was added to increase much needed storage in a small space

A custom island has been created to act as a preparation surface with  custom maple butcher block top.  The Kitchen is a small piece of real estate in this modest bungalow so the island has been equipped with adjustable legs to allow it to me movable when desired.

High end stainless appliances, and the homogeneous nature of the Caesarstone product our clients have chosen, contrast brilliantly with the custom quarter-sawn oak cabinets creating the unmistakable charm of a craftsman style home

Integrated Sub-Zero refrigeration is remarkably engineered and will be plenty of space for our clients fresh food lifestyle.

Highly detailed tile mosaics add distinction to an already unique hand made tile back splash

A creek side guest home has undergone major reconstruction and updating to ensure the comfort of this family's guests.  A new country cottage style kitchen is the centerpiece of this home.

Exotic stone tops accent an already beautiful home and ties the tones of the kitchen together. After some final interior decorating these quaters will be a sought after retreat for many lucky guests.

An accent color island shows as the centerpiece of the room, while the cabinets have been installed we are anticipating the delivery of appliances and a stone counter template to put the finishing touches on this family gathering space.

A new project in Mattutuck, NY is on its way.  Cabinetry delivery was taken today and installation will commence in the follong updates.

Delivered cabinetry is staget prior to insatllation as all items are accounted for.

Cabinetry havs been installed including specially designed custom wall plate racks amplifying the country feel to this transformed space.

The window seat with working storage drawers is flanked by two tall pantry cabinets to accomodate the much needed kitchen storage for large family gatherings soom to be a regular occurance. counter tops and a few small details ar all that remains for this country transformation.

Cutchogue, NY (2011)

A simple kitchen remodel can change the entire feel of a home.  The previous kitchen layout differentiated a living room from the kitchen with a solid wall segregating the space.  A new open concept allows the cook to be part of the entertaining and give the kids a place for snacks and homework in the kitchen.

 The cabinets have been installed and appliances are beginning to be placed: 

An over sized built in refrigerator that bumps into previously underutilized space in an adjoining room allows for a larger island and plenty of room for after homework snacks.

High end appliances dress up any kitchen, a classic stainless and white palette brightens this small kitchen.  once the large 48" commercial style range was moved in place the kitchen is ready for counter tops to be templated.  Trim and some final touches are all that remains in this small kitchen update.
